TabTrade — What It Is
TabTrade.com launched in March 2026. Trading platform based in Saint Lucia, regulated by the FSRA. The founder is Benjamin Boulter. Prior to TabTrade, he was in leadership at BlackBull Markets, the well-known broker.
His background is relevant. It means the leadership is not figuring it out from scratch. That is not a guarantee. But more reassuring than someone with no brokerage experience.
The broker opened with Equinix data centre access in London. Same facilities institutional desks use. Usually a new brokerage leads with marketing and bonuses. These guys led with infrastructure. Unusual for a new broker.
Market coverage: forex, stock indices, gold, silver, oil, energies, softs, equities, cryptocurrencies, exchange-traded funds. A wide spread. For a broker that is a few months old, the breadth is broad.
What You Trade On
They offer: MetaTrader 5, cTrader by Spotware, and a WebTrader. Both platforms from one account. Most brokers pick one platform. Access to both makes a difference. Use whichever you prefer.
MT5 is the industry standard. Full charting, automated trading, tons of scripts and indicators. If you know MetaTrader previously, it is familiar territory.
cTrader by Spotware is the more modern one. Cleaner order book. Smoother chart interaction. Native automated trading. Plenty of traders like it better than MT5 after comparing.
Direct FIX connectivity is offered for automated strategies but needs the VIP account ($25k minimum). TradingView is reportedly on the roadmap. That will round things out when it arrives.
Costs
Three account types: Standard, Edge, VIP.
Standard. Spread starts at 1.0 pips. Zero commission. Easy to track. $0 to start. Works for beginners.
Edge account. True raw pricing from 0.0 pips average. Flat commission of $3.50 each way. All-in: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On majors, the raw spread is frequently below 0.2 pips. So your all-in cost can sit below 0.5 pips. That is cheap for a broker with no minimum deposit. Most platforms that have spreads this tight want $500 or more to open. This broker does not.
VIP. $25,000 deposit required. FIX API, execution under 20ms, custom pricing. Not relevant to most retail traders. Do not worry about it unless you run serious volume.
Infrastructure
This is the area where this broker separates from most new launches. Equinix servers in London. Sub-30ms execution on Edge. Under 20ms on VIP. That is proper execution targets. The average platform operate at 100ms to 300ms.
Does this affect you? If you trade small timeframes, yes. The gap between fast execution and sluggish execution is the difference between. If you hold positions longer, you probably will not feel it. What matters is the infrastructure is there. That says they are not cutting corners on the tech.
Put together that execution speed with raw spreads at $3.50 per side and the overall offering holds up. Hardly anyone at this price point offer execution like this.
Regulation
This is the thing that requires honesty. Tab Trade is licensed by Saint Lucia's FSRA. That is tier-3. No ASIC. No government-backed safety net. If the lack of tier-1 regulation makes you uncomfortable, this broker is not for you. Lots of tier-1 alternatives out there.
But. The founder built his career at BlackBull Markets, a proper broker. The server placement costs real money. Scam brokers do not pay for tier-1 data centre access. None of this replace tier-1 regulation. It does be part of how you think about it.
What you are accepting: no FCA or ASIC safety net. For that: 1:1000 leverage, cheap spreads, no minimum deposit, fast fills. Whether this deal works comes down to your priorities.
Deposit Bonus
TabTrade has a welcome bonus of up to $2,000. Typical deposit match. You fund your account, the broker credit extra capital. Usual conditions attached: trading volume requirements before bonus funds can be taken out. Check the terms before you deposit.
